Eunice Carter

She graduated from Nazareth Academy. While working at Foster Field, she met the love of her life, Arthur Ray Carter and were united in marriage on December 8, 1953, and were blessed with five children; Arlen Carter, Raenice Kucera (Wayne), Cindy Carter, JuAnn Carter, Karrie Brandt.

Eunice spent most of her life on the Rancho Solo, where she enjoyed sharing memories with family and friends of her hunting and fishing experiences on the San Antonio River and eager to give advice.

She was called “Meme” by seven grandchildren; Raelyn Lee (Roger), Charlene Villarreal ( Derrick), Logan Brandt (Lauren), Josh Brandt (Amanda), Amy Parsons (Cody), Lee Kucera, Jason Kucera and 17 great-grandchildren.

Proceeded in death by her parents, husband, Arthur Ray Carter, son, Arlen Rex Carter, daughter, Cindy Carter, granddaughter, Raelyn Lee, sons-in-law Dace Brandt and Tommy Gilmore.

Special gratitude to caregivers; Lupe Baladez, Mary Jane Gonzales, Roseanne Reville, Jessica Reyna, and Veronica Spence.

Pallbearers will be grandchildren.
