

Jadine L. Kovar, 74, of Victoria passed away on Monday, January 31, 2011. Jadine was born on June 4, 1936 in Bloomington, Texas to the late Jay W. Linville and Harriet Louise Michaud Linville. Jadine was a homemaker and a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. Jadine was also a volunteer at both Citizens and DeTar Hospitals.
Suvivors: Husband of 53 years, Joe Kovar, of Victoria, sons, Allen L. Slavik and wife Karol, of Victoria, Jay L. Kovar and wife Alice, of the Woodlands, Jerry L. Kovar and wife, Scarlett Dawn, of Round Rock. Sister in Laws, Marty Jean Linville, of Austin, Wanda Linville, of Victoria; Grandchildren, Tabitha Slavik, Chris Slavik, Justin Marburger, Nickolas Kovar, Alexandra Kovar, Anastasia Kovar, Franchiska Kovar Bryant, Jon Kovar.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Maxine Ione Flossel and Verona Marcelline Lawrence; brothers, Jack L. Linville, Richard L. Linville, Jay W. Linville, Donald C. Linville and grandson, Chad Slavik.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 5, 2011 from 2 to 3PM at Colonial Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 3PM, Rev. Allen T. Coffey, Officiating.
