He was involved in insurance industry most of his life and was a graduate of the University of Texas with a masters degree in business.
Survivors include his mother, his sister, Susan Lynn Schneider of El Paso; a nephew, Matthew Schneider of Victoria and a niece, Sarah Schneider of El Paso.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Schneider.
The family will receive friends Thursday, May 17, 2012, from 5 to 7 pm at Rosewood Funeral Chapels. Graveside services will be held Friday, May 18, 2012, at 10 am at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Wirtley officiating.
