Janice Ann Lister

Janice Ann Lister, age 81, of Victoria, Texas passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Visitation will be held Friday, September 30, 2022 from 5-7PM at Colonial Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 10AM at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, 509 Zion Cemetery Rd in Cuero, with Dr. Benjamin Sheeran officiating.

Janice was born February 4, 1941 to the late Mildred Stokes Nack and Awald Charles Nack. She enjoyed needlepoint, gardening, cooking and baking pies and cookies. She loved to read her Bible and listen to worship music. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Janice is survived by her son, Jack Lister, Jr.; daughter, Janet Newman (Ricky); brother, Charles Allen Nack (Bobbie); grandsons, Cary Newman and Casey Newman (Megan); and great-grandchildren, Casen Newman, Macey Newman and Kenzie Newman.

Janice was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Lister, Sr.; father, Awald Charles Nack; mother, Mildred Stokes Nack; and sister, Evelyn Nack Weaver.
