Joan M. Wallace, 71 of Victoria passed away on Friday, January 12, 2018. She was born in Portsmouth, OH on February 6, 1946 to John and Betty Perry. Joan was employed by Formosa in the payroll department.
She is loved and remembered by her son, Jason Wallace of Victoria and her Betty Clark Conaway of Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father, John Perry and her husband, Robert Wallace.
A memorial service for Joan will be held 10 AM Friday, January19, 2018 at Rosewood Funeral Chapel.
