Joyce Mae Parker

Joyce is survived by her daughters, Kristene Pickett and husband Greg, Kimbrely Kearley, and Kara Kotlarz and husband Frank; and by her son, Lynn Godfrey and wife Gwen. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, William Beecher and Alma Mercer Mullinax; her husband, Thomas R. Parker; and her grandson, Tyler Ragsdale.

Visitation will be held at Rosewood Funeral Chapels, 3304 Mockingbird Lane, Victoria, TX, on April 2, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, with the Funeral Service at Rosewood Funeral Chapels on April 2, 2026, at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8919 US Hwy 87 N, Victoria.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of South Texas, 1005 Mallette Drive, Victoria, TX 77904.
