June Ellen Berry, 68, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2014. She was born December 16, 1945 in Greensburg, Indiana to the late Gladys and Hiram Floyd.
June is survived by her daughters, Tina Walenta, Jo Lena Mendoza, Bethany Lacerda (Heber), Dihonn O’Donnell, Jennifer Galvan; sons, Randy Goff (Katie), Joe Johnston, Jr. (Misty), Shane Johnston (Dawn)and Mark Martinez; 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; sisters, Gloria Smith and Sandra Surginer; brothers, Toby Floyd, Larry Floyd, Gary Floyd and Terry Floyd.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, James Floyd.
June loved to work in her garden and to plan and organize family reunions. She was a kind and loving person with a beautiful heart and will be missed dearly.
The family will hold a private celebration of June’s life.
