Kenneth was retired from the maintenance department of Coletoville Creek CPL Power Plant.
Survivors include his father, Ellis Smith; step-mother, Frances H. Smith; sister, Cheryl (Cecil) Marshall of Kerrville; brother, Joe D. (Laurie) Smith of Victoria; nephew, Kelly Smith and a niece, Lori Green.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Rosewood Funeral Chapels from 6-7:30 PM. Private burial will be held at a later date.
