Mr. Lawrence E. "Bruno" Williams Sr.

Mr. Williams was retired after thirty five years at Alcoa working as an operator, he was a member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church, was a coach for the Girls and Women’s softball teams and loved playing dominos.

Survivors include his daughters; Monique Green and Yolanda Rae Robinson both of Pearland; son, Lawrence E. Williams, Jr. of Houston; sisters, Alice Ross, Liza Perry, JoAnn Ross, Ernestine Williams and Farris Avery all of Victoria; brothers, Allen Williams of Goliad, Roosevelt Williams of Placedo, Tommie Lee Williams of Goliad, Chris Williams of Victoria, Ralph Williams of Victoria, John Al Williams of Victoria; two grandchildren, Davina Robinson and Jasmin McGee.

Viewing will be Sunday, September 19, 2010 from 1-5 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapels. A time of visitation will be Monday, September 20, 2010 from 10 AM-1 PM at the Mt. Nebo Baptist Church

with the funeral service to begin at 1 PM with Rev. Fred Hobbs officiating. Interment will follow in the Willliams Cemetery near Schroeder, TX.

Pallbearers are Bobby Ross, Jr., Leo Ross, Jr., Kevin Ross, Justin Ross, T. J. Ross, Jerrell Williams, Jeremy Ross, Roosevelt Williams, III, and Terel Williams.
