Lillian B. Kelly

Lillian B. Kelly, 77, of Victoria passed away December 28, 2013. She was born January 31, 1936, in Hallettsville to the late John and Mary Smirak Janak. Lillian worked for the Victoria Independent School District for over 30 years and retired as a secretary. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Koerth, Texas.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Kelly (Davis) of Victoria; sons, Jimmy Kelly and wife, Jill of Victoria, and Gary Kelly and wife, Patricia of Hallettsville; and seven grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Dewane Kelly; her sisters, Ann Lynch, Mary Schmidt and Justine New; her brothers, Charlie, Albert, Johnnie and Jimmie Janak.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 1, 2014 from 6 to 8 pm at Rosewood Funeral Chapels.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, January 2, 2014, from the Rosewood Funeral Chapels with Rev. Charles Sonnier officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Colton Kelly, Deets Davis, Dewane Kelly, Cheyenne Kelly, Donnie Schmidt and James Voigt.

Honorary pallbearers will be Taylor Kelly, Darin Kelly, Samantha Saenz, Derrick Wagner, Gerald Stastny, Eric Schmidt, Richard Ross and Harry New.
