Margaret Faye Manning, 76, passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2018. She was born February 23, 1942 in Victoria to the late Dee and Mary Virginia Mullino Smith. She retired from Gulf Oil/Chevron in Houston after 27 years of service. Margaret was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Victoria.

Survivors include her sister, Betty Allyn (Clair) of Chesterfield, Missouri, nieces and nephews and her two Chihuahuas, Calleigh and Nicole.

A memorial service will be held Friday, November 9, 2018 at 2:00 pm at First Presbyterian Church, 2408 North Navarro, Victoria, Texas.
