Michael W. Swanson, 65, of Victoria passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at his residence. He was born January 11, 1946 in Victoria to the late Frank and Elsie C. Fimble Swanson. Michael was a dispatcher for Texas Concrete.
Survivors include his wife, Sandy Curlee Swanson; daughter, Tracie Garza ; Jason Swanson and wife, Stephanie all of Victoria; grandchildren, Austin Garza, Dillon Swanson and Katie Swanson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 from 6-8 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 1 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers include John Curlee, Rory McKinney, Buck McKinney, Russell McKinney, Bill Pratka and Gene Pratka.
Honorary pallbearers are Clint McKinney, Robert Puckett, Speck Phillips, Gayle Brown and Jason Moses.
