Randall Scott Heller, 45, of Victoria, Texas passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021. Randall was a loving husband, son, father, brother, cousin, uncle, nephew and friend. He was born February 12, 1976 to his loving parents Edward and Iris Heller in Victoria, Texas.
He graduated from Cuero High School in 1995 and then attended TSTC in Waco where he graduated in 1998. He was a lifetime member of Zion Lutheran Church in Mission Valley. He was baptized on April 4th, 1976 and confirmed October 28th, 1990. He was a dedicated employee of Formosa Plastics for 23 years and currently was a shift supervisor for PE III. For many years he was on the Emergency Response Team and enjoyed many trips to College Station for training. His recent accomplishment was working on a new construction build for PE III, which he was so extremely proud of. He loved his job and all his coworkers. Even after getting off of shift many days would call back up to work to make sure things were still running good.
Randall grew up on a farm in Nursery, Texas. He learned the values of hard work, love, and the importance of family and friends. He helped his parents on their farm and learned from is dad how to fix farm equipment and actually how to fix just about everything. As a young man he was very active in 4H and FFA.
He married the love of his life, Jeanne, on August 10, 2019 in a beautiful, outdoor ceremony surrounded by so many loving family and friends. With Jeanne, he welcomed two more children into his life, along with her entire huge family which he adored.
Randall was a simple man. He was a good man. He was an honest man. He was a Christian man. Anyone that knew Randall knew that he was bigger than life. He was always the life of the party and you always knew when he was in the room. He never met a stranger. He was always planning the next party and what he was going to cook. He loved to entertain and show off his big shop he built. He loved to go fishing with his friends or just set out lines down in the river. He loved to mow the grass and wanted compliments on how good it looked. Randall loved helping people and everyone knew that if something needed to be done, he was the one to call. He loved his parents and until the end was helping his dad bale hay and fix tractors. He was a great father to all the kids and loved them all so much. Randall loved making his late-night phone calls to all his friends just to see what they were doing and how their day was. Some of Randall’s favorite things were a cold beer, a good vodka drink, Tik Tok, his flag collection and President Trump. He will be truly missed by all that knew him.
