Roy Glenn Johnson

Roy Glenn Johnson, 77, of Victoria, passed away Friday, April 29, 2016. Roy was born October 29, 1938 in Flat Rock, Kentucky to the late J.N. "Buster" and Mae Rose Lowe Johnson. Mr. Johnson was known as Glenn Johnson, the painter. He had painted homes, inside and out, for many years.

Roy is survived by his wife of 56 years, Linda Wright Johnson; daughter, Kay Svrcek (Joe) of Wharton, TX; sons, Glenn F. Johnson (Kim) of Bowling Green, KY., William Johnson (Christine) of Yorktown, TX; sisters, Betty Jones (Barney) of Smith Grove, KY., Jeanette Shaffer (Jerry) of Smith Grove, KY., Linda Glass (J. R.) of Bowling Green, KY., and brother, Don Johnson (Marcia) of Bowling Green, KY.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 1, 2016 from 3-5 pm at Rosewood Funeral Chapels, 3304 Mockingbird Lane, Victoria, Texas, 77904.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of South Texas, 605 E. Locust, Victoria, Texas, 77901, Oakland Baptist Church, Humane Society of bowling Green or a charity of the donor's choice.

Funeral Services and burial will be held at a later date in Smiths Grove, Kentucky.
