Araceli Mendoza, or as others knew her as Sally, was born in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, on May 11, 1962. She was 63 years old when she passed peacefully while resting at her home on January 19, 2026.
Sally spent the majority of her childhood in Lancaster, California, eventually moving to Victorville, California, where she graduated from Victor Valley High School. Soon following her graduation, she had the opportunity to work at the Superior Court of California within San Bernardino County, where she medically retired in 2008.
Sally unfortunately struggled with multiple medical issues throughout her life; however, she never let that dull her spirit or the passion she shared with all of her family and friends. She lived a life full of wholeheartedness and genuine care for everyone she knew.
She is survived by her son, Shaun; her sisters, Marsha and Jacky; her brothers, Leno, Rod, and Spencer; as well as other relatives and all those she blessed with her love and companionship. May the laughter and joy she shared with us be forever remembered.
Funeral services will be held at Desert View Memorial, 11478 Amargosa Rd, Victorville, CA, on February 9, with viewing starting at 10:00 AM.
