

She attended Jr High and High School in Los Angeles CA.
Elsie later relocated to Houston Tx where she worked in the restaurant industry for years. After that she returned home to care for her Mother and help her build the Mission Church in Franklinton La. There many people were saved and lives were changed! After her work in Franklinton was completed she moved back to California. Where she eventually became apart of the Walgreens family where she worked and was dearly loved. Elsie hobbies included fishing, football, barbecuing and spending time with friends and family.
Elsie was a rock to all who knew her, friends and family alike. She never spoke ill word toward anyone, nor did she refuse love and care toward anyone. She met no strangers. She was known as a strong, calm, and courageous woman. Her children cherished her, and she them.
She leaves to cherish her memory her two children Betty Marie Madison and Brain Keith Madison. One daughter in law Carlette Marie Madison. Three grandchildren Bionca Landry, Holly Franklin, and Sabrina Franklin. Seven grandchildren. One sister Thaie Ginn. Her dearly love Sister-Friend Maria Hernandez. In addition a hosts of nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and coworkers.
