Franklin Bennett, age 90, of Hesperia, California, went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 23, 2026. Born on October 27, 1935, Frank was a man of quiet faith, unwavering integrity, and a guiding light to his family. He attended Calvary Chapel in Victorville, California. Frank dedicated his life to providing for his loved ones and served his community as a deputy sheriff and detective with San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
He is survived by a brother, Joe Wolfe of Westminster, Maryland, and three daughters, Judy Simpson of Fresno, Linda (Larry) Cook of Angelus Oaks, and Cheryl Bennett of Hesperia. In addition to his children, he leaves four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A funeral service celebrating his life will be held on April 6, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Desert View Funeral Home located at 11478 Amargosa Road in Victorville, California. Entombment will follow the service at 10:30 am at Desert View Memorial Park. A reception will be held back inside Desert View Funeral Home after the entombment service.
