George Clyde Patterson

George Clyde Patterson 06/07/1928-05/03/2015. Born in Arkansas George lived most of his life in California. Married to Vernelia (Priest) Patterson in 1945. They had 4 children, Michael Patterson (Sandy), Linda Kogut (Craig), Pamela Marrama (Andrew), and Debra Patterson. George wore many professional hats throughout his 86 years from Constable of Kern County at 21, to San Bernardino Police Officer, Ordained Baptist Minister, Residential Real Estate Appraiser and home builder. Of all the hats he wore the one he wore best was that of a kind man and loving father. George was preceded in death by his son Michael and first wife Vernelia. He was survived by his three daughters and second wife Mary (Seidel) Patterson who brought him much joy, companionship and love through the end of his life here on earth. He has left us with comforting memories to join his love ones in heaven. Anyone who wishes to join us for his services is welcome on 05/15/2015 at Desert View Memorial Park at 11 am.
