In loving memory of Joselyn Gisselle Ramirez whom passed away peacefully on July 13th, 2025 at the age of 23. Born on December 25th, 2001 (Christmas Day) in Long Beach CA, a fighter since birth, whom touched the lives of many, will be dearly missed.

Joselyn also known as “Mamas” to all whom she loved. Beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and goddaughter whom left us far too soon.

Mamas surpassed every medical obstacle and outcome to embraced a life full of joy and happiness. Her radiant smile and infectious strong spirit would brighten every moment of those whom loved her. She grew up in a family that adored her and supported her in every aspect possible. Joselyn, and her older brother Jayven were raised by their single mom Cindy, maternal grandmother “Ama” and uncle Jose “Cookie”. A small family whom forged a strong and unique bonding system that supported her and her older brother Jay always.

Joselyn enjoyed sitting in her wheelchair watching her favorite cartoons, including Barney and Pepa Pig, playing with her beads, sound toys, relaxing in the backyard, and simply being in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family and fur animals.

Throughout Joselyn’s life and complex medical conditions, she still managed to attend school and therapy. She graduated in 2019 from Jordan High School in Long Beach, CA.

Joselyn is now forever reunited in Heaven with her older brother Jayven Geovanni Ramirez “Jay” whom passed away on October 28th, 2024 at the age of 24, and her two fur dog sisters Daisy and Bella whom passed away in 2021.

She is survived by her mother Cindy, maternal grandmother Margarita, maternal uncle Jose, cousins Emily and Sofia, godmother Bernadette, friends and her dog fur siblings Kobe, Lola and Gigi. Along with her beloved brother Jay’s cat Koko.

Joselyn is now resting in peace, free of any illness or pain. Her memory and legacy will forever remain in our hearts.
