Josephine Chaney, born February 12, 1925 to parents Thomas and Anna Sitko, passed away the evening of December 13, 2015 of natural causes surrounded by family. Josephine was survived by her one and only child Paula Foster, son in law Glenn Foster, and numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was a gifted writer, poet, baker, collector of all things, and the greatest historian you will have ever met. Her Slovak roots molded her into the strong independent women she became with a legacy that was unsurpassed. She will be laid to her final resting place at Desert View Mortuary December 29, 2015 at 2:00pm.
