Manuel B. Valdez, 67, of Victorville, California, passed away March 4, 2016. He was born in Tarlac, Philippines on November 20, 1948. Manuel B. Valdez graduated from the University of the West and received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. He was married to Milagros P. Manlapig on January 25, 1975. Manuel B. Valdez worked in Banking and Finance, Marketing and Accounting for Security Bank and Trust Compay, and Victor Valley Global Medical Center. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, The Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, and Victor Valley Bowling League. He was also a parishioner at Holy Innocents Church, where he was an Usher. Manuel is survived by his wife Milagros Valdez, Daughters Jennifer V. Menrije, Karen Valdez Noche, and Michele Valdez. Grandchildren Samantha Menrije, Sophia Menrije, Alexandria Noche, and Aria Blanchard, Brother William B. Valdez, and Sister Ofelia V. Marquez.
