Raymond Nelligan passed away peacefully on October 4th, 2025, at the age of 97. Born on December 23rd, 1927, he retired as a systems engineer after 30 years with the Federal Aviation Administration. He continued working in his field for 15 years. He touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Raymond is survived by his wife Rebecca Nelligan, daughter Suzanne Nickau, son David Weber, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and his five sisters and two brothers. His life was characterized by his love of woodworking, travel, and the ability to repair and fix anything. He loved to read and keep up on current events. He was a generous, loving, and strong man.
Raymond was involved and supported the church until his passing. He was also involved in the Senior Center and worked with the CHP as a citizen volunteer.
