A visitation for Richard will be held Sunday, September 15, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Desert View, 11478 AMARGOSA RD, VICTORVILLE, CA 92392, followed by a funeral from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
