Victor A. Frederick, Jr. "Skip" was born in Hamilton, Ohio in 1948. He lived there until joining the United States Air Force in 1968. Throughout his 22 years of service he was stationed in Guam, Thailand, and England to name a few places. He retired as MSgt teaching Munitions. After his military service, Skip worked as a Day Custodian for Victor Elementary School District for 27 years. He was the famous and beloved "Mr. Skip". Skip is survived by his wife, Sonia, his two children, Vic and Ali, 3 brothers and 2 sisters in Ohio, 8 grandchildren, and 3 stepchildren. He was preceded in death by 1 brother and 2 sisters. Skip was a California resident for nearly 50 years until his passing on September 28, 2024. He will be sorely missed, but will always live in our hearts.
