He was born May 14, 1951 and he was an adopted child with his twin brother (deceased), by Mr. & Mrs. Frank Robert Hartin who were in the military. US Navy.
They moved to Guam, USA when he was 9 years old back in 1960. Since then, Wade lived there for 34 years. Wade worked for the US Naval Air Station as a Federal GS-Civil Service. He met his wife Charito Raniaga through her Uncle Mike Nacar back in 1979 via a long distance phone call, then went to the Philippines April 1980 and married his wife Charito. Wade was 28 and Charito was 18. Wade transferred to the US Army base Ft. Irwin National Training Center due to base closure in 1994. He then decided to settle down in Apple Valley, California with his wife to continue his employment as an accountable officer at the Fuel Depot for 29 years, retiring in 2013 with 41 years total in the Federal Government.
He is also survived by his two children Frank Thomas Hartin and Robert Wade Hartin who are currently living in Guam, USA.
A funeral service for Wade will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Victor Valley Mortuary, 15609 11th Street, Victorville, CA 92392, followed by a visitation from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
