He was a native and lifelong resident of Moss Bluff. Devin was a graduate of Sam Houston High School and was attending Lamar State College. He was an active member of the ACTS Community. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his children, nieces, and nephews.
Survivors include his mother, Lisa Peloquin; his baby girls, Madelyn Kate and Brooks Elizabeth; his siblings, Jason Peloquin and wife, Lori of Ragley, Jeremy Peloquin and wife, Lacey of Sulphur, and Amber Peloquin of Moss Bluff; his best friend, Kylie Bostick; and his nieces and nephews, Carlee, Remington, Reed, Draven, Xavier, and Kie. He is preceded in death by his father, Raymond C. Peloquin.
A memorial service and rosary will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, August 16, in Hixson Funeral Home of Vinton. The Rev. Carlos Garcia will officiate. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until the time of service Thursday in the funeral home. In life, Devin was a very giving person. He was able to continue this after his passing by organ donation. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to help with final expenses.
