Dale was a devoted father and grandfather who cherished his family. He had a passion for the written word and movies, especially fiction, and a fascination for all things technological. He was a keen competitor, always striving to win any game he played, whether it was a board game at home or a friendly debate.
He was survived by his daughter, Kim, and her husband, Doug and two grandsons, Jacob and Connor. His son, Rich and his wife, Kelly and two grandsons, Rylan and Keegan. His sister, Muriel; niece, Stevie and his ex wife, Janice.
