Joseph Andrew Posey

Joseph Andrew Posey, 92, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2021. He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lee Posey. Joe served in the United States Navy and the United States Air Force retiring with 29 years of service as a Senior Master Sergeant. Joe later went on to work and retire from the City of Norfolk and Smith & Williams Funeral Home. He was quite active with the Masons having been past Master of the Elizabeth Lodge AM & FM #34, Past High Priest of Norfolk United Royal Arch Chapter # 1, 32 Degree KCCH Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Past Patron Order of the Eastern Star Westminster Chapter # 99, and a current member of Kempsville Masonic Lodge AM & FM # 196. Joe was laid to rest with Betty in Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg, Virginia.
