Virginia Beach - Karen Alexandra Shackelford, 64, passed away June 19, 2014. She was born on August 16, 1949 in Kittery Maine to the late Nelson and Astrid Davenport. Karen worked for the City of Virginia Beach Police Department as an Offense Technician. She was a hardworking loving mother, who always put other people’s needs before her own.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Zack Shackelford and brother, David Davenport.
