Born in Cadiz, Spain, Mrs. Lavigne resided in Virginia Beach the past three years.
Survivors include a daughter Maria Phillips and husband Michael, a son Jessie Lavigne, five grandchildren and a sister Milagro Rodriguez.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015 2:00 p.m. at Smith & Williams, Kempsville Chapel.
