Mrs. McGrath was preceded in death by her mother Ruby Howlett Dugo, her husband John L. McGrath and a daughter Kathleen Elizabeth McGrath.
Survivors include her stepfather Mark A. Dugo; two sons, John L. McGrath, Jr., and wife Donna, Richard A. McGrath and his wife Sheri; grandchildren, Katie, Sarah, Allie and her husband Ian, and Ashley; great grandsons Maddox and Ryder. The family would like to thank Patsy’s nurses Diane Curley, Angie Grant and Fatina Stewart for care, love and support during Patsy’s illness.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 28, 2014 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Smith &Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel where a Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 29, 2014, 10:00 a.m. by The Rev. Jerry McLeod. Interment will be private at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
