Philip Ray Starkey

Philip served 20 years in the United States Navy and 20 years in Civil Service for the East Coast Carrier Group. He enjoyed wood working, model building and home renovation.

Philip is survived by his spouse, children, grandchildren, and great grandchild.

A service will be held April 6, 2024, 10:00am at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 601. N. Witchduck Road Virginia Beach, Va 23462

Memorial Donations can be made to the United States Navy Memorial, Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Shriner’s Children’s Hospital.
