William F. Holmes, 50, passed away on November 13, 2012.
Mr. Holmes was born in Fairfax, Virginia and resided in Virginia Beach most of his life. He was preceded in death by his mother Ruth Ellis Holmes.
Survivors include his father Clyde Franklin Holmes, two brothers Robert Allen Holmes and his wife Brenda and Richard Edward Holmes and his wife Teresa, two nephews Tyler and Nicholas Holmes and a niece Abby Holmes.
