Ronnie sorry to hear of your moms passing. I just found out about it from Liz Jarramillo. Hope you and your family are doing well. 🙏

The Villa-Marquez family lived on Bridge and Buena Vista St. 3 houses down from Carol, Bill, Mike, David, and Ron. I always thought how patient Carol and Bill were with all the local children buying 1 cent candies. As an adult my adopted Mom Alice Reynoso and Carol’s Mom Henrietta Duran lived across the street from each other and like clockwork Ms. Duran came over to sit outside with her friend Alice and I until dusk. I got to see Carol again in life picking up her mom Henrietta often. Ms. Duran always talked about how good her daughter Carol was to her.  It was a pleasure to have known Carol and her mother Henrietta in my younger years and later in life.

Condolences to the Perez and Duran families.  Carol was a loving woman and was always friendly and welcoming to me and my family.  Rest In Peace.  

My sincerest condolences to the Perez and Duran family. Carol was a bright light in the lives of many. My first memory of her (and Bill) was at the Buena Vista Market, way back in the day. She always smiled and had good things to say. Very devoted to her family. She will be missed by many.

I would always run into your Mom at FoodMax.  I loved her beautiful smile.  She gave me a tip on how to cook my roast beef.  She told me to put cabbage on the bottom of the slow cooker.  Everytime I cook
roast I add cabbage and I think of your Mom.   My deepest condolences to all your family.

I will never forget the times you brought your Mom into Fairway market on Houston avenue to  grocery shop back in the late 90's. It was always a joy to see you both. You have gained your angel wings and reunited with your Mom.
