Cathy Jennie Botello

Cathrine Jennie Botello, born on March 29, 1955, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025. A woman of deep faith, Cathrine was a devoted member of the Catholic Church, where she found comfort and strength throughout her life.

Cathrine was the loving mother of five children: Diego Botello, Elena Botello, Lori Martinez, Deanna Martinez, and Leah Martinez. She was also a cherished grandmother to eleven grandchildren, who were a constant source of joy in her life.

Cathrine will be remembered for her unwavering faith, loving heart, and devotion to her family. Her kindness and strength touched all who knew her, and her legacy will live on through the many lives she influenced.

Cathy is preceded in death by her parents Jesus and Helen Botello, and her grandparents, Leandro and Vicenta Gomez of Visalia, California.

Cathy is survived by two aunts, Jennie Ordonez and Ramona Reyes and three uncles, Lucio Gomez, Frank Gomez, and Alex Gomez. Cathy is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Esther Santa Cruz, Joe Botello, Manuel Botello, Andrew Botello, Susan Botello, Paula Botello, Max Botello, and Vincent Botello all of Visalia, California.

A service celebrating Cathrine’s life will be held on January 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel at 1120 W. Goshen Ave, Visalia, California with a graveside service to follow.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her.

May she rest in peace. Amen.

Cathrine will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
