

Charles Anthony Eisenhauer was born on January 29, 1960 to Edward William Eisenhauer and Lorena Adell Davis in Emporia, Kansas at Newman Memorial Hospital. Charles (Chuck) moved with his parents to Tulare, California in 1965 where he attended various grammar school. He attended 2 years at Tulare Western High School followed by 2 years at Redwood High School in Visalia. He graduated from Redwood High School on June 9, 1978. He spent one year at College of the Sequoias and transferred to Fresno Heald College, graduating on July 3, 1986 with an Associate of Applied Science degree.
After graduating from college, Chuck went to work for Truline Corp. in Visalia from 1986 to 1992. In 1992, he started a career with California Department of Corrections (CDC). Training began at the Richard A. McGee Training Center. Chuck began his correctional officer career at Avenal State Prison on December 18, 1993. He transferred to California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and State Prison - Corcoran (SATF - Corcoran) in November 1997.
Chuck married the love of his life, Debbie, on the 16th of September, 2001, gaining Alison as a daughter who he helped to raise as his own. Chuck became grandpa to Ellee Rose in April 2012. Being "Papa" to Ellee Rose brought more joy and fulfillment to his life, than any other role.
His career with corrections continued at SATF / Corcoran Prison as a Correctional Counselor 1 until his medical retirement on June 7, 2005.
After a 3 year battle with PSC, Chuck received a liver transplant on August 13, 2006 at the University of California Davis.
Chuck joined NDS May 3rd, 2010 as the Fresno Plant Manager which is the position he continued to hold this year. In this position, Chuck was responsible for the production and quality of NDS's drip irrigation products and for leading about 70-80 employees. Chuck successfully led the plant through many changes and the rapid growth of the NDS's irrigation business. He was an incredibly dedicated, caring, and hard-working leader that was loved and respected both by those he led at the plant and by everyone that he worked with at NDS/NORMA.
He left behind a strong legacy that he will be remembered for and he will be sorely missed by us all.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Debbie Eisenhauer, of 20 beautiful years; his stepdaughter Alison Delgado (Steven Delgado); granddaughter Ellee Rose; his brother in law John Gall (Jackie Gall); John's daughter (our 2nd daughter) Brittany Carter (Alfie Carter) of Auburn, Alabama; his niece Valeri Lynch and her children, Justin Lynch (Chelsea Lynch), and grandchildren Allie and Gabriel; Ashley Argaez (André Argaez) and Britnee Lynch; his niece Jacqueline Haun Hanna of San Diego, CA and her two children, Christopher Coley of San Diego, CA and Kalyn Noack of Richmond, CA; his niece Lori Haun Megliola and her husband Anthony Megliola, their two children, Ryan Megliola and Ella Megliola, all of San Diego, CA; by his sister Jill Haun of Carlsbad, CA; and countless family and friends. All held him in the highest regard and loved him dearly. His tireless love and devotion to his family was evident throughout his life.
A Celebration of Life for Chuck is being held on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Bello Vita Venue from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.; 4211 W Goshen Ave Visalia, CA 93291. There will be a video presentation, dinner, and an open bar.
