Christine Lene Barnes

Christine was born in Dinuba, California on February 19, 1968 to Robert Radford Barnes and Leitta Mae Simpson Barnes. She attended Dinuba schools and graduated with the Class of 1986 from Dinuba High School. Christine loved her family and her friends. She loved people and touched many with her bubbly personality. Christine attended Well Spring Church and helped with Sunday school. She was a very good speller and loved doing word search puzzles. Christine enjoyed going to the coast and visiting cousins in Washington and watching Monday night football. She was always very active and truly enjoyed her life. Christine will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her two sons, Josh and Lonnie and her mother Leitta Rowell and her brother, Robert R. Barnes, Jr.

Christine leaves to cherish her memory, her father, Robert R. Barnes, Sr.; her step-father Royce Rowell; her sisters, Sandy Smith and Sherie Worthington and numerous extended family members.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 9, 2017 from 4 – 6 p.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia.
