

Frank was born in Artesia, New Mexico on June 1, 1939 to Frank and Tibursia Gonzales. He was ten years old when his family moved to Tulare, California where he was raised and educated. On May 24, 1959 Frank married the love of his life, Rose Marie Barrientos at Holy Family Catholic Church in Visalia, California. Frank worked as a cement mason for many years and helped many friends and family with new cement at their homes. He worked in heavy construction on bridges and the Broadway Building. Frank also worked for Paul Haney Pool Company. Frank enjoyed beef BBQ’s and cooking and his specialty was his A La Charra. He also enjoyed cooking at many family weddings. Frank was a kind and caring man who was always willing to do for others and help those in need, no matter what the need. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father and four brothers.
Frank leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of fifty three years, Rose Marie Gonzales of Visalia; his mother, Tlibursia Gonazales (who is 99 years old) of Tulare, California; seven sisters; five brothers and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday September 9, 2012 from 3 – 6 p.m. with Recitation of the Rosary following at 6 p.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 10, 2012 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Visalia. Burial will follow at Visalia District Cemetery.
