Jacob “Jake” Romero was born and raised in Visalia, California. He attended Veva Blunt Elementary, La Joya Middle School, and graduated from Redwood High School before going on to earn his degree from Sacramento State University.
Jake had a natural gift for connecting with people, which made him a perfect fit for sales. He eventually moved to Southern California, where he spent 15 years building his career in office product sales across Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
Outside of work, Jake lived life to the fullest. From an early age, he had a love of music—learning to play a wide range of instruments and developing an eclectic taste that stayed with him throughout his life. He also loved staying active, whether it was competing in fast-pitch softball, playing in men’s league soccer, or spending time with his family and friends. While in Los Angeles, he fell in love with Dodger baseball and quickly became an avid fan. Go Blue!
Jake is survived by his mother, Ana; his brother, Joseph; his sister-in-law, Christina; and his nephew and niece, Elijah and Liliana. He will be greatly missed, and we will forever cherish the time we had with him.
