She was 83. She was born on May 4, 1937 in Clinton, Arkansas to Jewell and Taylor Sigler.
She moved from Arkansas to Visalia and worked as a nurse’s aid at Sequoia Home where she met the love of her life Manuel. They were married on December 4, 1960 and shared 60 years together. She retired from the County of Tulare in 1995.
Mae was an avid gardener, loved to sew and created/donated quilts, caps and pillows for cancer patients and other organizations.
Mae is survived by her loving husband, Manuel Morales of Visalia, CA; her daughter Arlene Morales Mlack of Visalia, CA; her son Tim Morales of Kingsburg, CA; her daughter Cheryl Morales Penn (Kyle) of Visalia, CA and her son David Morales (Ana) of Visalia, CA; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Visitation will held on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 from 4 - 6 p.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 10:30 am at Visalia Public Cemetery District, 1300 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia.
