STORY: Ninfa Leyba passed away in Visalia, on January 22, 2011 at the age of 73. Ninfa Leyba was born in Villa Victoria, Michoacan, Mexico and raised in Colima. She came to California with her family in the early 1960’s. Ninfa was a farm laborer for many years. She was also the cook at the La Mejor Restaurant in Farmersville for over 20 years. She loved to cook at the restaurant and enjoyed being around the customers. She was known at the La Mejor restaurant as “Tia Ninfa”. She has gone to our Father in Heaven to join her husband and family.

She is survived by her children, Felipe Cazarez, Maria Knudson, Carlos Cazarez; five brothers and one sister. She is also survived by six grandchildren.

VISITATION: Will be held at Miller Memorial Chapel on Thursday, January 27, 2011 from 4pm until 7pm.

Services: A Wake service will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2011 at 7:00pm at Miller Memorial Chapel. Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011 at 11:00am at the Visalia District Cemetery.
