Patsy K. Miller, 68, passed away on July 21, 2023 in Selma, California surrounded by her family. She was born on November 26, 1954 and raised in Porterville, California. She is survived by her children Joseph (Crystallee) Miller, Tereese (Rudy) Oregel, Vincent (Christy) Miller and step-daughter Christine (Maurice) Hanks; 9 grandchildren; her siblings: Diane Chavez, Gary Roggenstein, Nancy Wuth, Chris Roggenstein as well as many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, V. Joe Miller and her parents, Lester and Helen Roggenstein.
There will be a private graveside at Woodville Cemetery at a later date.
