Penny Stites, age 87 passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022. Penny was born November 17, 1934. John Stewart and Wilma Simmons of Weld Colorado, where she was born, at 6 mid. They moved to Farmersville, CA where mom spent most of her childhood. Mom graduated from Mt. Whitney high school, Married Austin McCoy in 1952, had 4 children. Mom loved knitting and crocheting for many people many people came to her for lessons. Mom worked at Kaweah Delta as a nurses aid and retired after 20 years. Mom attended the Pentecostal Lighthouse until her health kept her at home. Mom is preceded by her parents and three brothers and one sister. She leaves behind one brother Larry Mathis her children Mike McCoy, Gail Sharp (Rod), Greg McCoy, Jeffrey McCoy (Vickie) and 5 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
