Robert Earl Cole was born to Leroy and Leo Cole in Bakersfield, CA on October 19, 1912 and passed away on October 25, 2011 in Hanford, CA.
Robert worked for many years as a bookkeeper for Boswell & Co. of Corcoran. “Bob” loved to play golf and did so until age 92 at the Sierra View Golf Club in Visalia.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Rodney and Vernon Cole; son, Stephen Walker; and daughter, Louise Jensen.
Left to cherish Robert’s memory are his sisters-in-law, Mickey of Torrance, CA and Betty of Modesto; grandchildren, Jeannette Vollmer of Hanford, Rachel Perricone of Pueblo, CO, and Adrian McNutt of Mill Valley, CA; and great-grandchildren, Merredith & Travis Vollmer of Hanford and David Perricone of Fort Collins, CO.
Graveside Services will be at 11:00 am on Monday, November 21, 2011 at Visalia District Cemetery.
