Robert was born on March 5, 1980 in Visalia, CA to Lisa Marquez and Robert (Bobby) Soto Sr. He graduated from Golden West High School in 1998.

Robert always had a good and positive attitude.He was a selfless person and always wanted to help. He

enjoyed being around his family and friends. He always wanted to make sure everyone was doing well and would check up on those he cared about with many phone calls. He was well known as a kind and compassionate spirit.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Bobby. He is survived by his mother Lisa, his sister Serina Lujano, his brother Mitchell Lujano, his niece, and his nephew. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who cared for him greatly.

Visitation for Robert will be held Friday, February 12, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 West Goshen Ave, Visalia, CA 93291. A celebration of life will occur Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 West Goshen Avenue in Visalia, CA
