Roger H. Garcia was born on May 30 1960 in Hanford California. He passed away on August 19 2013 in Visalia California. Roger was 53 years old and lived in Visalia with his parent. Roger is survived by both his parents Roger Sr. and Mary Garcia, two sisters Rosie Garcia, and Rita Smith. He also is survived by his nieces and nephews, Andrew and Sabrina Mason and their 6 daughters, Vincent Freitas, and George Mason. Roger was a kind, loving, and giving person. He was very atentive to both his parents. There was nothing Roger wouldnt do for his family. He enjoyed hunting, and target shooting. He loved to watch movies, shopping, and his lunch dates with his mom. Roger will truely be missed by family, friends, and all who were blessed to get to know him.
