Dear Mom,
I miss you not being here to talk with you about what's going on in my life I enjoyed you just listening to me.  When I would say what do you think, you would give some advice.  You knew most of my secrets and feelings and you could keep it in confidence.  Now that your gone, you left a physical void in my life.  I felt very proud to have a Mom as a PTA President in elementary school and buying clothes and shoes for children in need at school, this is what type of person you were.  Cooking was one of your passions; I want to tell you I appreciated your delicious meals and that you taught me how to cook.  I enjoyed us being in bowling leagues together, those times meant a lot to me.  Later in life loved our family gatherings and playing rummy/tile game with you even though you would win most of the time.  I have so many memories of you Mom. I lay in bed reminiscing of all the things we did together and things you did for me, my children and grandchildren.
Another passion of yours was growing roses where-ever you lived.  If roses grow in Heaven, Lord, pick them and put them in my mothers arms and tell her I love her and miss her until we're together again. I Love You Mom, Lani

I will never forget all the love and support you gave us Grandma. You will forever be in our hearts. This is just to hard for me to write, but all I need to say is I love you. :D

Dear Grandma Rose, 
It has been a great honor to have known you but most of all to call you "grandma". When I first met you, you were married to grandpa Jake. You both were so adorable and Tim and I wanted to be just like you guys, loving and caring to each other and to our family. I remember when I had your great-daughter Giselle and we were having trouble with Giselle's allergies at 2 months old. You and grandpa Jake went to the store and bought us new swamp cooler pads for the air conditioner. That helped so much with her allergies. I also remember Grandpa Jake showing Tim how to change the break pads in his car so we could save money. I also remember you lending Tim your car for as long as he needed it. You would hire Tim to trim your rose bushes just so you could help us out financially. You also helped financially with his school and when he needed to buy a car. Whenever he came around you, you would give him kisses and stuff $40 in his pocket. He would say "No grandma" and you would make him take it. And when we had our second child, we didn't have a dresser to keep their clothes in and you noticed and bought your grandkids a dresser each. We still have those dressers 13 years later. We will NEVER forget your love and generosity and are forever thankful because you cared about all of us, you would do everything in your power to make our lives easier and I will never forget you. I will see you again in heaven, I promise. We love you and you will always be remembered especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas because we always had to have a pumpkin pie because that's what grandma wanted. Love YOU Grandma!!! Tia you sure look like mom in this picture. Russ and Loni I am so sorry for your loss. She was an amazing lady, Aunt Rose. Love you till we meet again.
