Sandra Rosalie Soto, age 71 passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. Sandra was born August 6, 1949 in Los Angeles, California to Miguel Soto & Madeline Ramirez. Graduated from Federico's Beauty College. A member of Visalia Christian Fellowship. Enjoyed sewing and gardening & western movies, especially John Wayne. Very loving and friendly, she knew no stranger.
Sandra is preceded in death by her father Miguel Soto of Los Angeles; parents Madeline and Pedro Ramirez of Visalia; and brothers Juan Soto, Ruben Soto, Anthony Ramirez, Arthur Ayala all of Visalia and Pete Ramirez of Pico Rivera.
Sandra leaves to cherish her memory her partner and companion in life Alex Uribe of Visalia; her hildren Arthur Mosqueda, Gabriel Mora and Monica Mora of Visalia; sister Patty Rios of Visalia; 16 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Sandra will be held Monday, January 4, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 West Goshen Ave, Visalia, CA 93291.
