From a young age Trav had a love for baseball and played throughout his youth. He had many good coaches for inspiration. His love for the Oakland A's never faltered. Trav attended elementary school through high school in Visalia, Ca. He joined the Army after graduating from Redwood High School. Trav was a Cavalry Scout Gunner during the Bosnian War. Trav remained very close to several of his military buddies for the rest of his life. They were forever his band of brothers. When he finished his tour of duty, he attended College of the Sequoias earning his AA degree. He then continued on to Fresno State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. Trav worked for two years as a city planner for the city of Visalia, and was later hired by the City of Santa Monica, Ca where he worked as a Senior City Planner. He had a passion for travel and enjoyed experiencing various cuisines and he loved to cook. He was a foodie! Trav had many interests; he snow boarded, golfed, played and coached softball, and enjoyed camping and hunting with his dad. He loved to scuba dive and did so often with friends and coworkers. He also had a giver's heart and donated to several charities including the Wounded Warriors, Special Olympics, and the Disabled American Veterans. Trav always said that his greatest accomplishment was the birth of his beautiful daughter, Ellieana, whom he loved with all of his heart. He loved being her daddy. Our wonderful Trav had a way of making people laugh with his quick wit and humor. He was intelligent, brave, kind, and generous to a fault. He is loved beyond measure and will forever be missed.
Trav is survived by his daughter Ellieana Page, his parents Ed and Kathy Page, Heidi Richwine (sister), Kari Gilgen (sister), Mike Gilgen (brother-in-law), Andie Richwine (niece), Tyler Richwine (nephew), Samuel Garland (nephew), and Colton Garland (nephew) and uncounted family friends.
