Victor was born July 28, 1954 in Visalia, Ca to Mel and Margaret Quesada. He grew up attending the local school including Mt. Whitney High School in '72. Victor attended Fresno State University where he was an active member of the Sigma Nu fraternity. His part time job at Pepsi Bottling Group during his time in college became a full time career of 33 and a half years. Also, while attending Fresno State, he met his wife Sheila Holliday, they married in 1979.
Surviving are his wife Sheila, of Visalia, and three daughters Charlotte Quesada Lee, of Fresno, Victoria and Bernadette Quesada, of Visalia. His brother Leonard Quesada, of Visalia, his grandson Sean Lee, of Fresno. Also, several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at miller's Memorial Chapel with public visitation from 3pm to 6 pm Wednesday, March 16. A recitation of the Rosary will follow at 6pm. A graveside service will be held the following morning Thursday at 11am at Visalia District Cemetary.
